Service Records - The "Keywords" Field

The "Keywords" field provides a place to record words and phrases that happen to be awkward or possibly misleading to include in the "Subject" field. The "Keywords" field is searched along with the "Subject" field (and several others) when an item search is done.

It's recommended to separate keywords by commas, as some day we might make use of hierarchical blank separated keyword phrases.

Some keywords with agreed upon specific meanings follow. For the CSCF version, some of these are subsumed by the Service and Component categories.
