ST — Service Tracking

Here is documentation related to the software used to manage our work. It's called "Service Tracking" because it's about the work of a service organization. And because "ST" is just after "RT", which is the software this once was.

It is used by MFCF and CSCF. MFCF intends that it be used directly by their clients, while CSCF uses it as internal tools. As as result, some of the following is specific to MFCF service.
