Summer School in Geometry and Data Structures
August 5-7, 2013
University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
Held in conjunction with:
- 25th Canadian Conference on Computational Geometry (CCCG),
August 8-10, 2013
- Algorithms and Data Structures Symposium (WADS), August 12-14, 2013,
- Conference on Space Efficient Data Structures, Streams and Algorithms,
in honor of Ian Munro 66th birthday, August 15-16, 2013, Waterloo,
Succinct data structures, by Ian Munro
Geometric data structures, by Timothy Chan
Each course consists of a morning lecture of 1:30hrs each and
afternoon exercise sessions. Sessions are consecutive so that students
can attend both courses.
In addition to the lectures, there will be exercises in the afternoon
with prizes awarded to the best solutions.
